Training at the gym is usually the same thing over and over right? You find the exercises you can perform to your max and not really push yourself unless you are 100% dedicated right? No variety, nothing new.

Well I will tell you in this bodyweight exercise revolution review that this program, will show you that you need to isolate muscle groups and vary your routine to see optimal results.

The program has been designed by Adam Steer, who heads the RMAX International Team and with this program he aims the training system at improving your overall strength, endurance and agility.

The simplest thing about this program is, as the name suggests, that all of the exercises are completed with nothing but your bodyweight. The Bodyweight Exercise Revolution is a combination of three steps, which are called the CST or Circular Strength Training.

It’s a very effective routine of exercises that includes body mobility and other kinds of routines that enhance the use of certain motions throughout the routine.

The best thing I’ve found while writing this Bodyweight Exercise revolution review is that it can be performed anywhere.

bodyweight exercise revolution programIn fact, this is one of the things that makes it so accessible. Some of us have to work 10-12 hours a day and are really pressed for time. But this program does not require a lot of time, space or any equipment to be performed.

It takes only the amount of space your body takes up and your own body is the equipment. The exercises are simple such as squats, dips, lunges, planks etc. (and variations of them)

The only downside I could find while writing this bodyweight exercise revolution review was that the program offers no nutritional advice to those of us who have never been involved in bodybuilding or fitness.

Having said that, my opinion having completed my bodyweight exercise revolution review is that it is one of the better programs on the market and with it’s low price is definitely very good value for money.
