Reviewer: Alex Rockson
Now, he wants to share the secret of his benching success with the world, so that you and I can maximize our bench press potential and most importantly gain muscle mass quickly.
In this Critical Bench review, I give you an outline on what his program has to offer and believe me Mike Westerdal has a lot to offer you for your muscle building quickly success.
What I’ve found is, that it works tried and true methods of training with a focus on the bench press.
The Critical Bench program is unique, in that it focuses on one target area of weightlifting, the bench press or “benching”. While this might sound out of sync.
with everything we know about bodybuilding and muscle building, the program offers a lot because, as we know, increasing muscle mass means increasing our metabolism which, in turn burns calories while we are at rest. Therefore we become leaner and more ripped for a reduced effort.
Mike’s core principle is the intensity of doing a bench press. A lot of people think it only uses your chest, shoulders and arms. Wrong!
To complete a press with good form requires all of your body. He explains all of this and gives working examples to prove it.
The first thing I’ll tell you about in this Critical Bench review is training basics. Mike explains the need for variety and spicing things up. He explains that it’s all about planning to achieve your goals. He gives you theory on muscle building quickly, different exercises, motivation, the works.
The next thing I’m happy to report in this Critical Bench review and the Critical Bench program, are the training logs. They are what they say they are, logs of your day to day training, so you can map your progress.
Triceps Death Workout
They tell you what you need to be pressing in each workout in 5 pound increments to achieve the ultimate you.
Since starting this Critical Bench review, I have added 20 pounds to my bench presses by following these logs and recommendations.
This guy knows his stuff.
Finally, when I started doing this Critical Bench review, I thought “how many times, when doing reviews of programs like “Critical Bench”, the guys writing the program just DON’T tell you about correct form and it’s importance?”.
Mike Westerdal Hits 630 LB Bench Press
Not just to look good or for developing muscle mass, but for your own safety from injury. In this program, there is a DVD which shows Mike, Pro Level Powerlifter Clint Smith of Team Samson, and World Record Contender AJ Roberts of the famous Westside Barbell Club giving demonstrations of PROPER BENCH PRESS FORM.
Where else are you going to find pros to help you? If researching this Critical Bench review has shown me anything, it is that Mike Westerdal is the proof of the pudding. He is the real deal and can give you the edge you’ve been looking for in your training.
