The next exercise will require a dumbbell. It can be done while seating or standing. Hold the dumbbell and lower down with your hand holding the dumbbell on your side. Raise your hand and repeat the process for about 20 times.
Lastly, do knee-ups on a parallel bar dip machine. Place your arms on the side of the dip bar and raise your knees as high as your waist.
