This muscle building program was developed by well known muscle building and fitness guru Rusty Moore, comes in three phases plus a bonus phase, to help you on your way to muscle building quickly success.
This program is not just about bulk, it’s about an all over toning and shaping of your body. One of the best things about the visual impact muscle building program is, that you can customize it to suit your individual needs.
In this visual impact muscle building review, I’m going to explain each phase to you, so you can decide if this is the right program for you.
Phase 1.In the first phase of the program, you learn how to build muscle mass in the right places AND in the right way. You don’t want an out of proportion look right? You will be using lighter weights in this phase than you maybe usually use.
When I started this visual impact muscle building review, I wondered how that was going to work for me.
But this phase will definitely pay off with lighter weights and high reps to build muscle, because it prepares your muscles for what follows in the next 2 phases, where you start to lift heavier weights.
Phase 2.
The second phase of this program and of my visual impact muscle building review, is about building strength, lean muscle definition and density, NOT bulk. It uses heavier weights and medium reps to increase strength, endurance and muscle density.
I’ve found my endurance while following the program for this visual impact muscle building review has really increased.
I can now push out those few extra reps easier than ever before and that my muscles are more defined than in the past.
Phase 3.
The third phase of the visual impact muscle building program is dedicated to strength and burning shedding fat. (What’s the point of increasing your muscle density if it’s hidden under a layer of fat?)
In this phase, you will be using heavy weights and low reps with longer recover times between each set. You ARE GONNA WORK HARD! You will also be doing cardio to burn fat and get you ripped.
Before I started this visual impact muscle building review, I didn’t actually do a lot of cardio. However, Rusty Moore has shown me through this program true benefits of doing cardio, especially on non-workout days.The Bonus Phase.
These days, bonus is an over-used word. When I saw it in the program, I thought there would be a catch.
Well I am pleased to tell you in this visual impact muscle building review that it really is a bonus. A little known secret that will help you attain and keep that “Hollywood Poster Boy or Girl” look.
Rusty Moore calls it “The shrink wrap effect”, if you follow this phase, your body will look just like a shrink wrapped pack of prime ribs, steak etc. Usually after losing a lot of body fat quickly, your skin becomes loose.
The key to this bonus is that after you have already lost your excess fat, you go back to higher reps to pump your muscle mass inside the lose skim. This causes a shrink wrap effect, wrapping your muscles in previously loose skin.
The effect is awesome. However, you will not benefit from shrink wrapping unless you have actually completed the first 3 stages.
So to wrap up this visual impact muscle building review, let me give you my opinion.
This is THE MOST EFFECTIVE program I have tried yet. I now feel stronger and look better than I have by doing weights alone. This is a full body program that doesn’t just focus on size, it focuses on definition and total appearance.
